My consulting and coaching services focus on getting to the core of any issues, by spending time with you, the owner, and discussing the business in-depth. My role is not to fix any issues, but to explain how you can resolve any weak areas within the business, therefore providing a long term solution.

Whilst I am based in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, I have two types of consulting services that can be carried out anywhere in the U.S.:

  • Hourly consultations via phone/video call
  • Residential consultations

Residential consultations involve me traveling to your location and spending a day/s at your school. By training with you and ‘shadowing’ you and your team, I can get a good overview of the school and highlight any issues that need to be addressed. A written report will be provided after the residential to summarize the findings and make recommendations for business improvements.
